: To improve the access to employment for all and to increase participation and progress of women in employment by improving the working environment nationally. The project will work to improve the employability of parents (men and women) with children by promoting, developing and offering alternative childcare services. The project will elaborate and establish form(s) of alternative childcare services that will enrich the offer of affordable, flexible and quality childcare.
