Description: Mandatory results: 1: The future organizational structure of the IPARD Agency for the successful implementation of the “Investments in rural infrastructure” Measure is prepared; 2: Set of legal documents for implementation of the ”Investments in rural infrastructure” Measure is developed; 3: The accreditation package for the ”Investments in rural infrastructure” Measure is prepared in accordance with the European Commission Requirements and plan for the self-assessment audit is developed; 4: Training Plan for the management and control of the “Investments in rural infrastructure” Measure is prepared and trainings implemented for the relevant staff of the IPARD Agency; 5: Guidelines for beneficiaries for the implementation of the “Investments in rural infrastructure” Measure and necessary forms and templates are prepared.
