: The overall objective of the assignment is to contribute to an enhanced communication and visibility of the EU support to civil society organisations that implement grants contracted under the IPA Civil Society Facility Call for Proposals 2016-2017. In particular, the contractor shall be in charge of providing a range of visibility and communication services and associated products, in close cooperation with the EU Delegation, with/for the CSOs implementing t
