Description: The project shall result in a detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for a service contract “Customized software for Integrated Administrative and Control System (IACS) of agriculture and rural development support'' and detailed recommendations (technical specification) itemising the IT equipment and hardware (and other technical equipment) which is necessary for the operation of the IACS system at AFSARD, to be financed under IPA II 2015 Action programme for Agriculture and Rural Development.
