Description: The aim of the project is to assist the EU Delegation to the Republic of North Macedonia in the evaluation of the concept notes and/or full applications for a number of Calls for Proposals by providing technical assistance and expertise in the form of assessors. The assessors will assess the concept notes and the full applications in accordance with the rules for EU external actions and its guiding document - PRAG.
