: Cooperation is going mainly through International Relation Offices (IRO) and Erasmus coordinators at both of the universities. Excellent, hopeful and fruitful cooperation?s is ongoing with all partner universities. Internal call for student`s mobility, student practical placement, staff mobility for teaching and staff mobility for training is announced to the International Balkan University (IBU) website, IBU Facebook page, IBU announcement board and by e-mail. Selections of the candidates were done by the criteria announced in the internal call for students and staff. Internal Commission (IC), composed of the Deans of all faculties at IBU , including the Erasmus + Institutional Coordinator, was created for the selection process of the students. After the deadline of the call, IC for selection of candidates is making interview with the applicants. Realization of the 12 student mobilities for studying, 5 student mobilities for practical placement, 2 staff mobilities for teaching and 2 staff motilities for training have been realized. All Transcripts of Records have been recognized by relevant professors and deans.. Our IBU IRO in cooperation with the host universities IROs helped the students for the accommodation, insurance and visa issues. Prior to mobility the OLS testing was organized in the computer laboratory at the university, and IT support was provided to students in order to avoid risks. After nomination of the incoming students IRO is in contact with the students about the application process, visa procedure and accommodation. On the arrival day the students are welcomed on the airport and transported to their accommodation places by our IRO staff. All academic staff are familiar with incoming Erasmus students and are on their disposal for helping them. During this year Erasmus + project, the Erasmus + Inter- Institutional Agreements with Universities and Organizations has been expanded to 37 signed agreements. During their mobility for studies students appreciated a lot, different methods of teaching, international students? communities, different methods of training from the practical prospective, different cultures and languages and hospitality from the host universities. With the organizational support budget from this project , IBU had made an promotional materials with the logo of IBU and official Erasmus + logo (Tea cups, pens, folders, notebooks and bags) for promoting the university and Erasmus+ Program. IBU broadened the cooperation beyond Erasmus program with majority of the partners through signing Bilateral Protocols for Cooperation. With some of the partners we are in process of organizing joining conferences and other research events.
