Description: O.O.: to strengthen FISCAST network’s monitoring of and partnering with local stakeholders on LSGUs’ financial transparency, with reference to parafiscal charges. S.O:
1:To enhance capacities of CSOs and FISCAST Network to become active stakeholders in the municipal transparency processes;
2:To improve mun. budget and parafiscal charges transparency;
3:To monitor financial transparency and building effective mun. policies;
4:To increase public awareness on fin. transparency at mun. level
