: The contractor will set the ground for the implementation of the IPA 2020 Action Document EU for Municipalities. This aims at piloting innovative solutions to address local challenges in partnership with local authorities from EU Member States. Promoting territorial partnerships between municipalities in Republic of North Macedonia and their homologues in the EU will help identify and implement innovative solutions to local challenges in different areas.
