: Sub-project objective:
Creating an educational program for capacity building in order to increase the quality of the services provided in the tourism sector.
Sub-project activities:
• renovating the catering service cabinet in OUTU “Vancho Pitosheski” Ohrid and modernizing the space for education including procurement of appropriate equipment, modernization of the kitchen and restaurant where lectures, trainings, workshops and practical work are carried out
• develop and run training programs for: providing high quality service, cooking with help of renowned chefs, understanding customer behavior, trainings from renowned sommeliers, barmen training, bakery preparation, business operations, trainings for the upgrading of foreign languages for the purpose of serving foreign tourists, hospitality and accommodation.
• Promotion of the project results in order to attract future pupils from all parts of Macedonia, and to establish such program into regular practice of educational institutions, in general.
• Establishing partnerships: memorandums of cooperation to upgrade the current level of collaboration with the private entities from tourism sector, chambers and other relevant organizations.
