Project:  Dojran – Tourist Perl of Southeast Macedonia

Description: Sub-project objective:
Improvement and upgrading of the image and the entire tourist product of Dojran as an already recognized tourist destination.

Sub-project activities:
• Development and introduction of a web-based software for measuring the tourist’s satisfaction from the tourist offer of all relevant stakeholders (hotels, restaurants, private accommodation, tourist attractions)
• Introducing a smart system for determining the number of tourists and the duration of their stay in Dojran Within this activity, a creation and introduction of a smart system is envisaged that will be able to determine the number of tourists in Dojran on a daily basis and to calculate the duration of their stay.
• Infrastructure activities for improvement and modernization of the tourist infrastructure of Dojran:
 asphalting of the access road to the Front Line from the World War I and its connection with the already existing road infrastructure;
 Reconstruction of Open Summer Scene; horticultural arrangement of the surrounding area and asphalting the road to the city summer scene;
 creation of the Green recreational zone (horticultural arrangement of the existing surfaces, construction of pedestrian paths, children's playgrounds, Pets Park, arrangement of more spaces for entertaining and social games, as well as placing benches and trash bins around the park)
• Capacity building activities.
