Description: To improve the general business environment in the country, by faster winding up of companies through bankruptcy proceedings and voluntary liquidation. The purpose of this contract is to strengthen the institutional capacity for the implementation of the laws on bankruptcy and voluntary liquidation in order to identify and overcome the administrative bottlenecks and weaknesses arising from the implementation.
