: To increase the activation and involvement of PwDs as persons at risk of social exclusion from the labour market by mobilizing and/or improving their skills, education, qualification, as well as development of community based social services, facilitating their full integration into society. Specific objective: to develop and implement specific employment services and innovative approaches tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities, to form a coherent and sustainable pathway towards employment of PwDs, as well as to support and promote inclusion of PwDs in the open labour market and their full participation in society.
