: All activities covered by this project were a new invaluable experience that will greatly help us in our professionalism in the educational process. The goals that were foreseen in the project were completely fulfilled and we concluded that this training program exceeded our expectations. Looking for an opportunity to expand and introduce something new in the education process based on professionalism and modernization, we have discovered the European Union's Erasmus+ program and the opportunities it offers. In everyday conversations and experiences of colleagues who were already beneficiaries of these trainings, we decided to join and be part of this program and mobility in order to gain new experiences. We have had in mind the positive work of the National Agency in the previous period and the possibility of including in the leading EU initiatives in education and new trainings. From the very beginning we received a lot of support and courage from the National Agency as a school to apply for the training programme. After we had completed the procedures required for the selection of a team to attend the training programme, we decided the host organization to be the Alpha School of English from Malta. We chose this school because it coincided with our ideas, desires and affinities. At the same time, the organization offered training that would be very practical in the process of our education. The training offered by the provider was also a challenge for our team, because we feel the need for using computer technology in the educational process. The application of ICT, creative technology in the classroom with the help of various tools gives a wide possibility in the daily work of teachers. This project improves the way of work and learning as it introduces new ways and approaches in education. It keeps pace with the development of modern technology and provides quick access to information and exchange, while at the same time fulfilling the basic requirement of primary education, learning in an easier and more fun way. This achieves successful application of knowledge in everyday life. In a world that changes every day and the educational process needs to be modernized and adapted - the Erasmus+ program provides skills, creativity and complement the existing resources. Erasmus+ unites all programs that are easily accessible and acceptable in many areas of life. The development of digital education and the use of ICT systems was a challenge for our team of six members. The team included teachers from different departments – language, science, math, pedagogy and young learners. During the stay in Malta, the training was interactive with the adoption and application of new knowledge and tools that enables an easier and more efficient way of learning. Based on the experience and new insights gained during the training at Alpha School of English, our team has made a plan of work to best convey the new knowledge to other fellow teachers. Attending the training programme, it is an extension of our previous knowledge and a new approach to work with students. These modern tools provide a simple, quick and interesting way of learning, avoiding classical education and facilitation in teaching. The members of the team that attended the training immediately afterwards developed a work plan and a way of conducting the disseminations for the transfer of the acquired knowledge. In order to provide reliable feedback on the training, in the end, all present participants received anonymous questionnaires. In this way, the formative and summative analyzes showed the high level of interest in the implementation of these web tools in the teaching process. The evaluation showed that this way of learning is very interesting, simple and acceptable for teachers and students in gaining new knowledge. Learning as a process can be a great challenge for children and these new trends make it easy and in a fun way develop students' involvement in the process of their education. This training has shown that knowledge can always be expanded and supplemented in a very simple and interesting way where individual and group affiliations of each student can be expressed. This learning curriculum at the same time allows teachers to expand their horizons and connections, and thus help their learners to be interesting and easy to learn. The Erasmus+ program aims to easily introduce new modern technologies in education, to enable integrated action of teachers and students as well as new partnerships in different sectors. This program unites advanced staff from Europe and proves that it is always possible to learn something more and sharing experiences and knowledge is invaluable for every person. In this way, it can be very easy to keep pace with the advances of science and technology, and they can be of use to us in everyday struggle for knowledge.
